$500 for a standard small business site, then a monthly plan from $99 to keep it online and current. If you want something bigger — online booking, a shop, twenty pages — I'll quote that separately before any work starts.

Most small business sites are ready to review within a week or two of our first call. The part that usually takes longest is getting photos and details from you — the faster you send those, the faster it goes live.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever decide to stop working with me, you keep it — I'm not going to hold your business hostage.

Do I need a monthly plan?

Yes. The $500 build is that low because the plan is what keeps it going. It's month to month with thirty days' notice — no long contract — and covers changes, your Google listing, and more depending on the level.

I already have a website. Can you fix it?

Often, yes — but be aware that rebuilding is frequently cheaper and faster than repairing something built on an old platform. Send me your web address and I'll tell you honestly which one makes more sense for you.
